Astatic T3

1938 Astatic T-3 Harpmic. The original element was still inside, but it was dead. I built a new vintage element. A Japanese sixties dynamic element into an airtight capsule icw an impedance transformer creating some 1200 Ohms.

The chrome is somewhat worn but adding to the vintage look 

I secured the fastening ring that is still on the handle.
